When Mr. Jack Daniel started making his sour mash whiskey, he chose Lynchburg, Tennessee for the Cave Spring and the iron-free water that flows from it. We know our distillery is a bit off the beaten path, so we truly appreciate the time and effort you made to visit Lynchburg and tour the distillery. We hope you enjoyed your stay in the Hollow.

We are also pleased to learn that you enjoy drinking our whiskey. We do like to keep in touch with our friends, so don’t be surprised if you receive an occasional letter from us with news that we think you’ll find of interest.

Since you are a good friend of Jack Daniel’s, we’d really enjoy hearing from you as well and learning a bit about you. We’d especially like to know how you were first introduced to Jack Daniel’s.
