Akurat mamie skopiowalam z moich przepisów całkiem sporą ilość tychże, więc naści, na zdrowie.

Po angielsku, mam nadzieję, że ok ;)

Instrukcje:
Niektore warzywa/owoce wrzucasz najpierw do sokowirowki, a potem w blenderze laczysz z reszta skladnikow. Info w przepisie.
Jak z kolei pisze JUICE IT ALL to sama sokowirowka, a jak BLEND to sam blender

Jak nie masz wody kokosowej to zwykla bedzie ok. A jak masz to woda, nie mleko kokosowe.

Chyba wsjo. Niektore sa przeeeezajebiste, inne ok, jeden mi nie smakowal wybitnie, wiec wrzucilam z powrotem do blendera, dodalam na maksa jagod, malin i truskawek i juz smakowal ;)




Frozen banana/banana znaczy: kupujesz banany, czekasz az dojrzeja, ale nie zbrazowieja, obierasz, wsadzasz do zamrazarki. Serio lepsze, niz ze swiezego, probowalam obie wersje.

Green+ to mieszanka specjalna zielska tz., ja dodaje chlorelle, spiruline, trawe pszeniczna itd., w proszku.
No i do kazdego sezam, siemie, chia po lyzeczce

Ingredients:

- 4 slice pineapple
- 3 szt orange
- 3 oz. water
- 1 szt banana , frozen
- 4 szt raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 oz. wheatgrass juice
- ice, optional

Directions:

1. In Juicer: Juice the pineapple.

Add oranges and water to the juicer to flush the pineapple juice through.

2. Transfer all to blender: Add remaining ingredients.

Blend, starting on a low setting and then switching to a higher, for about 1 minute.
