If I understand correctly, you don't have a miCoach account. Is this correct?
Unfortunately, I regret to inform you that an existing miCoach account is required in order to set up and sync the SMART RUN. This is the reason that you are unable to pair using either the token or email address. If you know anybody who could share their miCoach account with you or if you have access to an existing miCoach account via friends or family, please let us know.
Alternatively, if you recently purchased the SMART RUN as a second-hand device from a private individual, it is possible that they may able to provide you with their old miCoach account for you to use. In this case please let us know.
If you don’t have access to any existing miCoach account, we recommend checking with your retailer to see if you can return the device, since it is not possible for us to create new miCoach accounts as a result of the migration to Runtastic.
