Dear Sir,
Thank you for your email.I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble
with the data transfer from your computer to your S210. Do you perhaps use
laptop computer's built-in loudspeakers, because for uplink data transfer
you need dynamic loudspeakers and usually the laptop loudspeakers are piezo
type and cannot be used for uplink. For example I use headphones, when I
transfer data from Polar Precision Performance sw from my laptop to S410.
The Uplink data transfer is based on magnetic field created by the dynamic
loudspeaker. The sound is a byproduct.
Your are able to check the loudspeaker and the S210 as follows:
Open the The Polar Uplink Tool (as seen in picture below)

Press the red button once (like starting an exercise), place the S210 in
front of the loudspeaker and click the Transfer button from the HR monitor
connection window.
The heart sign should blink as you transfer the message. If there is no
heart sign, then most propably the loudspeaker is piezo type.
