Judy comes to Warsaw - and american in Warsaw

Hi everyone.
I contacted Judy with the following letter:
Hello Judy.
Marek Tronina told me that you were looking for some running partners in Warsaw.
So I'll try to present the situation.
I am a member of a running Saturday gruop - running in the north of Warsaw, in The Bielanski Forrest.
We usually start very gently - running for 3 miles at about 9 min/mile.
Than we come to a place where we start our "individual" workouts - faster people run faster, slower slower - we make 4 miles this way, and than aggain a gentle 3 miles run on the way back.
This is a group of amateur running funs, enjoying the nature, company of the others.
One of our members used to be a proffesional runner in the 50-ties. His PR was below 30 minutes per 10K. Now he's 70 years old but still in a good shape.
So I wanted to invite you to join us on Saturday. The run starts early - 8:00 am. I am ready to pick you up from the place where you are staying and drive you to our destination. Well - depending on a weather and your feeling we could run this distance - Marek told me that you would be staying somewere around the Old City - but this would be an additional 3-4 miles and I am not sure if you are accustomed to such a distance (all together this would be about 13-14 miles, assuming that you don't want to run to our home destination ).
So let me know what you think. If you find the idea of running with us interesting - best would be probably a telephone call. Call me on one of the below given numbers:
Mobile: +48 608 68 98 05
Office: +(48) 22 8290 209
Home: +(48) 22 8333 653
As an interesting issue, you should probbably now, that our group has begun the whole movement of running groups all around Poland. We started it and now there are more groups appearing in different cities.
So when you visit any bigger city in Poland you may find a group and tell tham that you were running with the famous SBBP (this is a name of our group - abbreviation from polish The Saturday Bielanski Morning Run)
Here you even have a picture taken during one of our meetings, celebrating birtdday of one of us.

If you want to find a running partner for the rest of the week it is much more difficult - most of us work and we run but rather indiviually as we have to fit it to our daily schedule.
So - best regards
Hoping to hear from you, Adam Klein
And Judy responded:
Hi Adam!
Amazing! I'm so impressed with how warm and open Polish people are! Your plans sound perfect but for the fact that I won't get there until 5pm Saturday! Any Sunday runners? If not, I guess I could run along the river starting from Old Town. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Are there any restaurants serving good fresh salads or lots of fresh veggies? I come from California, if you haven't guess yet.
Look forward to hearing from you,
Judy Chow
So guys.
I told Judy that I would put these letters on this forum, I hope she will get in here and read and talk with us.
Now a question to all the runners in Warsaw - what can you suggest ? At least in the area of these diet prefferences she has? And anything about a Sunday Run? Anyone running on Sunday willing to show Warsaw to an American Runner from California??!!??!
This maybe an interesting experience - take someone around Warsaw running.
