Does anybody have a hands-on experience with submitting a note from a doctor (aktualne badania lekarskie) before a race? Was the note in English accepted? How old was the note? Thanks.

As a rule, the note is valid for 6 months. My gues is that they would accept a note in English, even if they did not understand a word. Why? I remember showing my Polish driving license in Czechoslovakia as a student ID to get a cheaper ticket for a swimming pool. It worked!
